Cancellation Policy
New Client? A meet and greet is required before your first service. Please text/call us at 647-325-3235 to schedule your meet and greet or arrange pet care services. You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment time. Please note that online self-booking is temporarily closed due to the busy season.
