A quick call to get to know you and your pet before services begin. We’ll review your pet’s routine, health needs, and preferences, answer any questions, and make sure we’re a great fit. This helps us provide the best possible care from day one.
Cancellation Policy
On-Boarding phone call is required before your first service. It's a simple way to connect with you. Please text/call us at 647-325-3235 to reschedule your meet and greet or arrange pet care services. You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment time. Please note that online self-booking is temporarily closed due to the busy season.
