A meet and greet is required before your first service
Service Description
A Meet and Greet provides the perfect opportunity to allow for an in-person touch point to discuss your pets' personality, current routine, care needs and to answer any questions prior to booking the first pet care services with us. Meet and Greets usually take place at the home where the booking will occur. However, the first meeting can be arranged in a public place like a coffee shop or dog park, if preferred.
Cancellation Policy
A meet and greet is required before your first service. Please text/call us at 647-325-3235 to schedule your meet and greet or arrange pet care services. You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment time. Please note that online self-booking is temporarily closed due to the busy season.
